Election Information

The supervision of all elections in Atlantic County are the responsibility of the Atlantic County Superintendent of Elections and  and Commissioner of Elections.  Responsibilities include: the custody and maintenance of voter records, voter registration, and  voting machines, and the enforcement of all election laws and the National Voting Rights Act.
